WAVE (the "Service") is provided by Ian George, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use WAVE you are contracting with Ian George. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

WAVE is an online vocal coaching app offering singing exercises, lessons, meditations, nutrition guidance, music tools and an AI-assisted singing review. It is offered as a free tier, a WAVE Premium subscription (monthly or yearly), and a one-off purchase of the WAVE Masterclasses. WAVE is for education and wellbeing and is not medical advice — see a qualified professional for any voice or health concern.

Your account

• You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property, including uploading content you don't have rights to;
• interfering with its security — malware, probing, scraping or bypassing access limits;
• copying, reselling or redistributing videos, handouts or other paid content.

Intellectual property

Ian George owns the Service and all its content, including the WAVE Technique, videos, recordings, handouts, software and branding. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of recordings you upload and allow us to store and process them only to provide the Service.

Payments, subscriptions and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Premium renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; when you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep WAVE running well but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using WAVE at any time.

Changes and law
